Learn how to make this Survival Paracord Bracelet by using the saw tooth weave technique and by following our step by step tutorial.

Step 1

For the purpose of these instructions I have used 2 colours so that you know which cords I am talking about in the steps. You will be using the same colour (you can mix them if you like) 

Please note that the measurements used in these instructions are designed for a 5 1/2 inch wrist.

Step 2

Start with the centre cord (orange). Cut 1 length of cord that wraps around your wrist twice (loosely so you can get a finger between the cord and your wrist) and a bit extra to tie a knot. For example for my 5 1/2 inch wrist I cut approximately 54cm or (orange) paracord. If unsure Please check your wrist size before you cut the cord.

Step 3

Cut another piece of paracord (black) for every inch of the weave you will need 24cm of cord. You will also need to take into account 15cm for knot and a little bit extra just incase. For example, a 5 1/2 inch wrist uses 147cm length of paracord, (24cm x 5.5 + 15cm = 147cm)

Step 4

Fold the centre cord (orange) in half and place it next to your long (black) cord, so you now have 3 ends. Get the 3 ends together and tie a knot.

Step 5

Take the long (black) paracord go under the left piece of the centre (orange) paracord then over the right piece of (orange) paracord 

Step 6

Keep going under and over to continue with this figure of 8 weave.

 
 

Step 7

Pulling the weave tight as you go along, keep going until the right length of center cord is covered for your wrist size. 

Step 8

Knot or burn the end of the (black) paracord with a thread zapper to secure the knotting. Your bracelet is now complete
