Step 1
Cut the Elastic Cord to your desired length.
Step 2
Thread the beads on to the elastic - we've used 7 although this may differ depending on the size of your wrist.
Step 3
Tie each end of the elastic together in a knot - you may wish to add a bit of clear nail varnish on to the knot for extra security.
