Shimmer Crystal Necklace

Step 1
To create the central piece start by threading the following beads on to headpins:
- Create 2 headpins with 1 x small rose gold bead, 2 x 4mm crystal rondelles, 1 x small rose gold bead, 2 x 4mm crystal rondelles
- Create 2 headpins with 1 x small rose gold bead, 2 x 4mm crystal rondelles, 1 x small rose gold bead, 2 x 4mm crystal rondelles, 1 x small rose gold bead
- Create 2 headpins with 1 small rose gold bead, 2 x 4mm crystal rondelles, 1 small rose gold bead, 2 x 4mm crystal rondelles, 1 small rose gold bead, 2 x 4mm crystal rondelles
- Create 2 headpin with 1 small rose gold bead, 1 6mm crystal rondelle, 1 small rose gold bead, 2 x 6mm crystal rondelles, 1 small rose gold bead, 2 x 6mm crystal rondelles, 1 small rose gold bead
Turn a loop at the top of each headpin.
Step 2
Thread a 4mm crystal rondelle on to an eyepin then thread on the beaded heapins in a graduating pattern, adding a 4mm rondelle between each one. Place the longest beaded headpin into the middle and then work back out to the shortest. Add a final 4mm rondelle and turn a loop.
Step 3
Attach a small jump ring to the end of each eyepin followed by a calotte (necklace end). Use crimps to attach approx. 30cm wire into each calotte and close. Thread 5 faceted drops interspaced with 4mm rondelles on to each side of the necklace. Now add 3 x 6mm rondelles followed by 1 x 4mm rondelle and continue adding beads in this pattern on each side until your necklace reaches your desired length.
Step 4
Add a calotte to each end using crimps to secure and close the calottes. Attach a small jump ring and a lobster clasp to one end and a large jump ring to the other end.
