'Royal Blush' Necklace
Learn how to make this 'Royal Blush' Necklace using Semi-Precious Beads, a Floating Charm Locket and Chinese Crystal Beads. The beautiful, faceted dyed agate and quartz beads used to create this necklace catch the light, and antique silver bead caps really frame the design.
Step 1
Cut a 20 inch piece of wire and attach a necklace end. Thread on 30 dyed quartz faceted rondelle beads spaced with 2mm faceted crystal rondelle beads. Next thread on 3 round faceted agate beads with a dyed quartz rondelle between each. Add another round faceted agate bead and encase it in a bead cap. Follow this with 3 round faceted agate beads spaced with quartz faceted rondelle beads, a faceted agate bead inside a bead cap and another faceted round quartz bead.
Step 2
Fill the floating locket with crystal beads and thread on. Repeat the same pattern of beads in reverse to create the other side of the necklace. Attach a necklace end to secure the necklace. Attach the clasp directly to the necklace ends by closing the open loops.
