Glue the ribbon to one of the headband and then wrap the ribbon around the base until you get to the other end of the base, keep the wrapping tight to ensure that it looks neat.
Use round nose pliers to create a loop at the ends of each of the 3 piece of wire.
Thread on three bicones, the heart and four more bicones; again create a loop at the end of the wire to stop the beads falling off.
Do this 2 more times with your 2remaining pieces of wire.
You now have 3 pieces of wire with beads on which all look the same.
Now the tricky part, using about 10cm of wire, twist around the three pieces so they create the flower shape, the wire goes in between the heart and the four bicones. Add extra wire to secure if necessary. You can then shape the wire to create the flower.
Using about 5cm of wire, attach the flower to the headband. Then thread your remaining three bicones onto a piece of wire about 5cm and twist to a triangle shape, and then attach to the centre of the flower and around the headband. Remember to make sure there are no sharp wire edges before wearing.
