Step 1

Start adding the seed beads to your headpins, using the sequence in the image below. You will need 14 headpins in total. 

Once you have placed all the seed beads on the headpins, trim the headpin and make a loop with round nose pliers. Then thread all 14 headpins onto the eyepin in the same sequence.

Trim the eyepin and make a loop at the end to secure the beads in place.

Now to attach the satin cord to the eyepin. Cut 30cm of cord and thread through the eyepin to the half way point in the cord. Make a knot with both strands 1cm away from the eyepin loop. Repeat this process for the other side. You may want to leave the ends as they are and tie it at the back of your neck or you could use fold over cord ends to attach onto a clasp, the choice is yours.
