STEP 1. Open a D-ring (F1137) and thread on two size 6 seed beads (6R81). Close the D-ring, positioning the seed beads on the straight edge. Repeat for the other D-ring.
STEP 2. Use a crimp bead (FCR1) to attach a jumpring (F1092) to around 20” of Beadalon wire (W141). Thread on rhodochrosite coin beads (GM1576). Add a Trinity filigree connector (TS23) part way along, bending the hanging loop 90 degrees so it sits over the coin. Attach to a jumpring (F1092) and one D-ring when the strand measures approx. 16”.
STEP 3. Thread the smoky quartz heart (GM1583) and square bead (SB2646) strands in the same way. Make another string of seed beads (8R2113) but before crimping, thread on a large jumpring (F1159) and attach a heart charm (TS101).
STEP 4. String the Crstal Glass rondelles (BG1435), adding 3 jumpring clusters (F1159) between the beads. Attach one end of chain (TS71) to this strand of beads, and attach the chain to the jumpring clusters at intervals.
STEP 5. Add a strand of chain (TS108) to the necklace by attaching to the D-ring. Now take all your strands and arrange in a random fashion on to the other D-ring, making sure strands overlap. Attach a lobster clasp (F1047) to one D-ring, and 2” chain (TS71) to the other. Finish by adding a filigree drop charm (TS67) to the last ring on the extender chain.
TIP: Twist the whole necklace to dramatically change the look!
