This spectacular Free tutorial is made with a combination of Czech Firepolish beads and beautiful Surgical Steel Pendants & Chains. Aimed at beginners to jewellery making, it offers a good guide to the basics whilst giving you the inspiration and confidence to choose your own products and make some that are uniquely yours

Just remember that this tutorial is mainly for inspiration, so do not worry if you change some materials or colours - you will certainly create many amazing compositions simply by improvising :)

Materials needed to make earrings; 

NOTE: We have used alternative stud earrings as to the illustrated picture in the products used list above. Finished result may not look identical to the image shown. 

Step 1

We will start by threading three Firepolish beads on an eyepin - one dark cobalt transparent, one tanzanite transparent and one more dark cobalt transparent.

We bend the pin at an angle of 90 degrees and cut at a distance of about 1cm from the bend.

We create another eye/loop with the resulting piece of wire.

We now prepare the beads for the second earring.

Attach one jump ring to the hole on our stud earring, and an eyepin with FP crystals to the ring.

Attach a 4cm chain to the pin and use the jump ring to attach the pendant with the moon.

Attach the second chain in the same way - this should be about 3 cm long.

At the end of the chain we mount a pendant with an star.

Thread one cobalt crystal FP onto the headpin and make an eye from the other side.

Suspend the crystal on the third chain - it will be about 3.5 cm long.

In the same way we make the second earring.
