Information about this project

Feeling the cold yet? Winter is well underway but if you want to escape from it for a little while join us and create these pretty pink floral stretch bracelets. The rhodonite beads have beautiful shades of pink and with the floral fabric they work perfectly together.

Escape from the cold with this summery bracelet.

Ready? Let's bead.

Supplies

Cord - Purple Floral round  cord 6.5mm 1metre

Semi Precious beads - 8mm round rhodonite beads

Elastic - 0.7mm works well with the semi precious beads

Clasp - I used a magnetic clasp with a 7mm hole for the fabric cord

Glue

Step 1

Cut approximately 30cm elastic, thread on the rhodonite beads. Continue until you have reached your desired length. Use 23 beads to create a 7" bracelet length. Tie a surgeon's knot to secure your bracelet - view the tutorial below to show you how to create this knot. Repeat to create another bracelet.

Step 2

For the floral fabric, cut the fabric to your desired length, you can either create a single bracelet or if you create a wrap bracelet use a longer length. Glue the ends of the bracelet into the magnetic clasp. Your bracelets are now ready to wear.
