Julita, as you can see, loves them! We are not surprised at all, because the earrings that she makes are always really unique. In this tutorial, she will show you how to make dangly earrings with SuperDuo beads. SuperDuo are perfect beads to use when creating pretty jewellery. Let's get started!

Materials needed;

Step 1

We cut about 80 cm of thread.

We thread 4 SD beads and 4 T15 beads alternately.

We tie a knot. A flower forms from the beads.

We go through the lower hole of the nearest SD bead with a needle.

We thread 3 T15 beads.

We pass the needle through the bottom hole of the adjacent SD bead.

We continue our flower around in the same way - threading 3 T15 beads each time.

We go through the upper hole of the same SD bead with the needle.

We thread 3 beads: SD, T15 and SD.

We pass the needle through the upper hole of the adjacent SD bead.

We complete the earring the same way three more times - threading the SD, T15 and SD beads each time. Make sure the beads T15 from the previous step are facing up.

At the last part, we pass the needle through two SD beads as shown in the photo.

We thread 3 T15 beads.

We take our needle through three SD beads.

In the same way, we continue around the entire earring - each time we thread 3 x T15's.

We pull the thread so that the earring is rounded.

With the thread pulled through, we pass the needle through the upper hole of the same SD bead.

We thread the T11 bead and pass the needle through the upper hole of the adjacent SD bead.

We thread 5 beads: T15, SD, T15, SD, T15 and pass the needle through the next bead SD.

We thread the T11 bead and pass the needle through the next SD bead.

We thread 5 beads: T15, T11, T15, T11, T15 and go through the upper hole of the next SD bead.

We thread the T11 bead and pass the needle through the next SD bead.

We thread 5 beads: T15, SD, T15, SD, T15 and pass the needle through the next SD bead.

We thread the T11 bead and pass the needle through the next SD bead.

We thread 5 beads: T15, T11, T15, T11, T15 and go through the upper hole of the next SD bead.

We take our needle through all the edge beads until we reach the protruding SD beads.

We pull the thread so that the earring is rounded.

We go through the upper hole of the same SD bead with the needle.

We thread a T15 bead.

We take the needle through the same hole of the SD bead.

We thread 3 beads: T15, SD, T15 and go through the upper hole of the adjacent SD bead.

We thread the T15 bead and take the needle again through the same hole of the SD bead.

We pass the needle through the bottom hole of the same SD bead.

We repeat all the elements of step 6, completing the second, protruding part of the earring in the same way.

We take the needle through several neighboring beads.

We take the needle from the bottom of the earring, pull out the thread so that a loop forms at the end, we put the needle through it and draw so that the knot ties.

We tie another knot in the same way.
We take the needle through several adjacent beads and cut the thread.

In the same way as in Step 8, proceed with the other end of the thread.

The first part is ready. Time to prepare the second part.

We cut about 60 cm of thread.

Repeat step 1 and step 2 to get the earring portion shown in the picture.

We go through the upper hole of the same SD bead with the needle.

We thread 5 beads: T15, SD, T15, SD, T15 and pass the needle through the upper hole of the adjacent SD bead.

We thread 5 T15 beads and pass through the next SD bead.

We thread 5 beads: T15, T15, SD, T15, T15.

We thread 5 T15 beads and go through the next SD bead and go through two more beads (T15 and SD).

In the same way as in the first part of the earring, we supplement the next elements by repeating the steps from step 6.

We take the needle through all the edge beads reaching the first protruding SD beads.

We go through the upper hole of the same SD bead with the needle.

We thread the T15 bead and turn the needle through the same hole of the SD bead.

We thread the T15 bead. We take the part of the earring prepared in the previous steps. We pass the needle through the hole in the SD bead from the first prepared part and thread the second bead T15.

We pass the needle through the SD bead from the second part.

We thread the T15 bead and turn the thread back passing the needle through the same hole in the SD bead.

We pass the needle through the second hole of the same SD bead and several more beads lying on the edge of the earring.

We hide and cut both ends of the thread (as in step 8)

Through the lower part of the earring (second part) we attach a jump ring on which we will hang our decoration - a flower charm. 

Through the upper part of the earring (first part) we attach the jump ring which we connect with the ear wire.

The earring is ready.
