HOW TO MAKE A CHIFFON FLOWER BANGLE - A SIMPLE DIY TUTORIAL FOR BEGINNERS

Difficulty: Beginner

Rating:

Create this gorgeously simple bangle whilst learning some jewellery making basics.

All you need is:
Bangle Base (we used CH248)
Flower Charms (we used U8483 & U8489)
Jump Rings (we used 10mm)
Jewellery Pliers (we used 2 x W54)

Let's make it!

Step 1

Using pliers, ensure all of the 'eye's' on the eye pins of the chiffon flowers are securely closed. We left our flowers in clusters of 3 but you can separate them if you wish. To do this, open the 'eye' and separate it from the others and re-close the eye.
Using pliers, open a jump ring and add either a cluster or a single flower using the eye of the eye pin.

Step 2

Attach to the bangle base on one side of the sliding part. Close the jumpring - remembering to twist and not pull

Step 3

Add all of your flowers in the same manner. Why not add other charms or perhaps pom pom charms instead of flowers? We would love to see how you choose to embellish your bangle! Visit us at Beads Direct & Friends on Facebook to share your creations with the bead & craft community <3

Tip: Bear in mind that the 'double bar space' on the bangle is there to enlarge the bangle to aid removal from your wrist. Be careful not to fill the bar too much to ensure it still functions.
