Learn how to make this Frosted Purple Necklace using Acrylic Pearls and Preciosa Bicones.

Step 1

Cut three strands of tiger tail approx. 80cm long

Attach the magnet with a crimp bead

Thread on three 8mm pearl beads followed by one 8mm bicone crystal onto all three strands.

Repeat this until you have four bicones

Step 2

You will now need to attach one of the cones at this stage.  Starting from the one hole end put all three strands in directing one strand into one whole of the other two strands through the other hole.

To keep this in place attach a crimp bead on all three strands of tiger tail as close as you can to the middle of the two holes of the cone.

Step 3

Take two strands of tiger tail and thread on a bicone crystal, leaving the other strand to one side, take the bicone down to near the silver spacer bead but leave a small gap.

Take the other strand of tiger tail and one of the strands of tiger tail which is coming out of the bicone and thread on lilac pearl bead, taking it down the tiger tail but leaving a gap of your choice.

Continue alternating between pearls and bicones crystal, I did this until I had 17 beads in total, but this can be adjusted up or down depending on how long you would like the finished necklace to be.

Step 4

Before adding the other cone, crimp all the strands in one crimp bead.

Attach the cone put two threads in one hole and one thread in the other hole, directing all three strands out of the hole at the other side of the cone.

Then put on one bicone on all three strands, three pearls and repeat another three times.

Attach the other half of the magnetic clasp using a crimp bead.
