Learn how to make these beautiful pendants inspired by semi-precious Agate stones. These designs are created using the marble technique with FIMO Polymer Clay and can be personalised to include your favourite clay colours.

Step 1

To begin, wash your hands and clear your work surface to minimise the amount of dust that could get stuck on your clay.

Step 2

Pinch of two pieces of your different coloured clays. For the white marble pendant take more white off than black coloured clays and the black pendant more black than white. You will only need a small amount of the black for the white pendant. Mix the two together adding little black at a time depending on personal choice of how you want the desired effect to look. Roll the colours in the palm of your hands until you have a ball shape.

Step 3

Take your pendant setting and place the ball in the centre of the pendant and press into the gap until it meets the edges, then flip the pendant upside down and lay on a clean, dry flat surface and press until the whole front of the pendant has a flat smooth surface.

Step 4

Take the chain and thread through the pendant loop at the top and you have an Agate inspired necklace.
