Step 1
Take of as many links as you need to make the chain fit your wrist (I took off 6 links for a 5 1/2" wrist). Cut the link after your last link as it is very hard to close these back up.
Step 2
Place a 7mm jumpring on the first and last links of the chain
Step 3
Then place on another jumpring to the previous jumpring as well as the round part of the toggle clasp
Step 4
Repeat on the other end.
