If you're in the UK, order by 2pm on a weekday and your order will be despatched the same day (excluding Bank Holidays).
We send all of our standard UK orders via Royal Mail 1st Class, which usually takes 1-3 working days.
If you've decided to do a big restock, or your order is unusually heavy, we may deem it safest to send via a courier (our tracked courier service may take an extra day and is a Monday to Friday delivery only). You won't be charged if we make the decision to use an alternative service.
Next Day Delivery is available if you are a UK customer and want a guaranteed next day service, simply select the option at the checkout.
Next day deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Occasionally, Next Day orders sent via a courier service depending on the size and weight of your order. If you’re in a rush and wish to guarantee next day delivery, as long as you order by 1pm Monday - Friday, simply select the ‘Next Day Delivery’ option and we’ll get the goods out to you the same afternoon, so they arrive the following day using the Royal Mail or courier guarantee. You can even order on a Friday for Saturday morning at no additional charge. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday are dispatched the next working day.
If you live in Europe, you can select Airmail at the checkout. We also offer shipping to most other countries worldwide, select Worldwide.

Airmail parcels are despatched via Royal Mail International Signed For or DHL. If you would like your order to be sent tracked please place this in your order comments at the checkout and we can calculate the additional shipping cost. If this is the case, we will contact you and despatch your items once the shipping payment has been agreed. We now offer a free collection service from our Loughborough office.
Our collection service is available Mon-Fri only.
Collections are only available from Beads Direct, 10 Duke Street, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 1ED.
Orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Fri: available for you to collect any time between 2pm and 4pm on the same day or between 11am and 4pm the following day.
Orders placed after 12 noon Mon-Thu: available for you to collect any time between 11am and 4pm on the following day.
Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday: available for you to collect between 11am and 4pm on the following Monday.
On selecting ‘collection service’ you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of collection:
1. You will not be admitted into the warehouse on collecting your order, unfortunately we are not insured to allow you to enter the warehouse.
2. Your order will be packaged and ready for you to collect, and your order cannot be amended on site.
3. Orders must have been placed and payment must have been taken by phone or online prior to collection.
4. Please bring proof of ID when you come to collect, as we need to verify that you are the cardholder that has paid for the order.
Will I have to pay customs charges in my country?
When goods are shipped within the European Union there are no customs charges as the relevant VAT has already been paid.
Orders placed from outside the EU are not charged VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes. These may be levied once the goods reach your country. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding delivery charges) on all parcels to be delivered outside the EU. For further details of customs charges please consult your own customs authorities. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. We are unable to reimburse any customs costs incurred.
We have no minimum order values, so you can buy as much or as little as you like.
No quibble returns
We have a no quibble returns policy because we know how important it is to you to ensure you get the right beads for your design. So, if the beads you buy aren’t to your liking for any reason, we’ll refund them for you without a fuss. Simply ensure they’re unused and original packaging and return them to us with a copy of your invoice within 30 days. To ensure safe return, please ensure that you wrap them in bubble wrap carefully, in a manner that will keep them from harm and return them via your local post office. Simply obtain a receipt from the Post Office as proof of posting. When we get the goods back in good condition, we’ll credit you and let you know.
On the rare occasion that you have received an incorrect item or an item you have received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the problem.
Please note, we regret that we cannot cover return postage unless the goods are faulty or sent in error.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for wholesale items as they are ordered in from the manufacturers on request and not held in stock.
We offer the same no quibble returns policy to all customers. As well as following our standard returns procedure above, we ask customers outside the UK to do the following to help us deal with your returns quickly and efficiently. Please obtain a customs information document (CN22 and/or CN23) and clearly mark RETURNED GOODS - FAILED SALE on the document. If this is not completed the goods could be refused at customs and returned to sender.
