Do you sell wholesale?
We do have a Swarovski Wholesale Section online – click here to view this section. We are an approved supplier of Swarovski Elements and if there is a Swarovski product you wish to purchase that we do not stock please contact us.
On the whole our prices are very competitive; we do however offer many lines with quantity discounts. To see these prices you will need to look at the detailed product description by clicking on the product. If quantity discounts are available, you will see a table to show you the price per item when buying different quantities. Enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click 'buy now' to add the item to your shopping basket. If you would like to buy a bulk amount of any of the lines that are not shown as having a quantity discount, then do feel free to contact our Customer Service Department on 01509 218028 who will be happy to help.
Do you have a catalogue?

which are mainly for inspiration as our product range is vast and growing daily, it makes it hard to produce a copy of all the products we stock. We do have an e-magazine which is available each month when you sign up to our mailing list, click here

How can I see what new products have been added recently?
The most recent products are listed in the tab called What’s New
at the top of the homepage. If you click on the What’s New tab it will come up with the full list, newest first from which you can click on the items, view and buy.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at 20% which is charged on all EU orders. If you are buying outside of Europe the site will automatically deduct 20% from your order once you have logged into your account.
Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
Yes we do sell gift vouchers of any value, please contact our Customer Service Department

to purchase a voucher. Gift vouchers can be sent via email/post and can be redeemed over the phone or via email. If you purchase a gift voucher to be sent in the post, they are presented on laminated paper. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the day of purchase and vouchers must be spent in one transaction.
How can I see prices in my currency?
All our prices are in GBP although there is a useful website which will convert the price for you http://www.xe.com/

How can I tell if Swarovski Crystals are genuine?
All our Swarovski products are purchased directly from Swarovski’s HQ in Austria, our official ‘Approved Supplier of SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS’ Certificate is available to download here. Swarovski crystals are uniform in shape and as they are machine cut, each crystal is identical.

How do I redeem my Discount Code?
Discount codes can be redeemed at the checkout, please enter the code in the promotion box as seen below and click submit. The discount redemption box is visible when you view your shopping basket before you proceed to checkout:

How do I change or update my personal details?
Once you have logged into your account, click on the ‘My Account’ tab and you can update your details in this section. You can also change your password under the accounts tab.
Can I provide an alternative address for delivery?
Yes, when placing an order you must include the billing address of the card you are using, you can then provide an alternative delivery address at the checkout.
Is your email subscription free?
Subscribing to Beads Direct is a free service and you can expect at least three emails from Beads Direct each week. We will send you content regarding the latest promotions, discounts and offers. We will also keep you informed about competitions and hot news. Plus, you will receive some great jewellery designs.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes we do accept returns and exchanges; we operate a no quibble returns policy. So, if the beads you buy aren’t to your liking for any reason, we’ll refund/exchange them for you without a fuss. Simply ensure they’re unused and original packaging and return them to us with a copy of your delivery note stating you would like a refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt. To ensure safe return, please ensure that you wrap them in bubble wrap carefully, in a manner that will keep them from harm and return them via your local post office. Simply obtain a FREE Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as proof of posting. We will process your returns/exchanges within 48 hours of receipt.

How do seed bead sizes work and how many will I get?
Rocailles are round seed beads. They are commonly sold in size 15 (smallest) to size 3 (largest). When working out how many beads you need for a project is is useful to know how many beads you will roughly get per gram so you can times this by the number of grams in a tube or pack. Please see the table below:

What is the VIB and VIB GOLD Club?
Why have I not received free postage on my £20 as I am a VIB member?
To qualify for free postage you will need to select your 20 products from our chosen 200 products and confirm your choices.
To do this, log into your account click on 'My Account' and then 'My VIB'.
Do you have a shop that the public can visit?
We are an online based company and we do not have a shop/showroom available to visit, if you did purchase any products online and the beads are not suitable we do operate a no quibble returns policy.
We also operate a Collection Service so if you wish to place your order online or over the phone you can come and collect it.
