We are the chosen bead supplier by many customers all around the world. We deliver to the UK, all European and EU countries, and now over 100 countries around the world. We are also pleased to offer competitive pricing on all overseas orders, so you don't need to break the bank to order outside of the UK.

Delivery costs include VAT for UK and Europe and exclude VAT outside Europe. If you live in a VAT exempt country in Europe, VAT will automatically be deducted from the shipping charge on checkout.
Free delivery for UK orders - simply spend over £30.
If you’re shipping your order to a UK address, we offer you free standard delivery which is usually first class post, however, we may choose to send your order by a courier service if it is of high value or particularly heavy (our tracked courier service may take an extra day and is a Monday to Friday delivery only). To take advantage of this offer, simply select the free delivery option at the checkout.
Airmail parcels are despatched via Royal Mail International Signed For or DHL. If you would like your order to be sent tracked please place this in your order comments at the checkout and we can calculate the additional shipping cost. If this is the case, we will contact you and despatch your items once the shipping payment has been agreed. Alternatively, contact our customer service team via email on email@example.com or on 01509 218028 who will be happy to help.
We now offer a free collection service from our Loughborough office.
Our collection service is available Mon-Fri only.
Collections are only available from Beads Direct, 10 Duke Street, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 1ED.
Orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Fri: available for you to collect any time between 2pm and 4pm on the same day or between 11am and 4pm the following day.
Orders placed after 12 noon Mon-Thu: available for you to collect any time between 11am and 4pm on the following day.
Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday: available for you to collect between 11am and 4pm on the following Monday.
On selecting ‘collection service’ you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of collection:
1. You will not be admitted into the warehouse on collecting your order, unfortunately we are not insured to allow you to enter the warehouse.
2. Your order will be packaged and ready for your to collect, and your order cannot be amended on site.
3. Orders must have been placed and payment must have been taken by phone or online prior to collection.
4. Please bring proof of ID when you come to collect, as we need to verify that you are the cardholder that has paid for the order.
Will I have to pay customs charges in my country?
When goods are shipped within the European Union there are no customs charges as the relevant VAT has already been paid.
Orders placed from outside the EU are not charged VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes. These may be levied once the goods reach your country. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding delivery charges) on all parcels to be delivered outside the EU. For further details of customs charges please consult your own customs authorities. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. We are unable to reimburse any customs costs incurred.
