Same Day Despatch

We know your time is important, so we don't want to keep you waiting!

If you're in the UK, order by 12pm on a weekday and your order will be despatched the same day (excluding Bank Holidays).

We send all of our standard UK orders via Royal Mail 1st Class, which usually takes 1-5 working days.


Click & Collect

Live local? Our Free Click and Collect service is available Mon-Fri from 1pm till 4pm only from our premises in Loughborough. Simply place your order before midday and collect it later. Orders will be picked, packed and held for up to 5 working days for you to collect at your convenience.

Collections are only available from Beads Direct Ltd, 3a Prince William Way, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE11 5DD

Orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Fri: available for you to collect any time between 1pm and 4pm on the same day and for 5 working days thereafter.
Orders placed after 12 noon Mon-Thu: available for you to collect any time between 1pm and 4pm on the following day and for 5 working days thereafter.
Orders placed after 12 noon on Fri: available for you to collect between 1pm and 4pm on the following Monday and for 4 working days thereafter.

On selecting ‘collection service’ you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of collection:
1. You will not be admitted into the warehouse on collecting your order, unfortunately we are not insured to allow you to enter the warehouse.
2. Your order will be packaged and ready for your to collect.
3. It will not be possible to exchange goods at the door. Our standard returns policy and process applies.
3. Orders must have been placed and payment must have been taken online prior to collection.
4. Please bring proof of ID when you come to collect, as we need to verify that you are the cardholder that has paid for the order.

*Social distancing rules apply. Please wear a mask when collecting - entry will be refused without one.


In a hurry? *

Next Day Delivery is available if you are a UK customer and want a guaranteed next day service, simply select the option at the checkout.

Next day deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you’re in a rush and wish to guarantee next day delivery, as long as you order by 2pm Monday - Friday, simply select the ‘Next Day Delivery’ option and we’ll get the goods out to you the same afternoon, so they arrive the following day using the Royal Mail guarantee. Please note that if you order on a Friday you will need to select the 'Next Day Delivery - Saturday Guarantee' (Royal Mail Only) for Saturday morning delivery at an extra charge. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday are despatched the following Monday.

*Royal Mail Official Comment Regarding Next Day Deliveries During COVID-19 Outbreak: For items posted from Thursday 19 March 2020 onwards, we’ll no longer guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day. We’ll still prioritise Special Delivery parcels and letters and will aim to deliver by 1pm or before the end of day. Resource implications of the continuing advice regarding coronavirus means we may not be able to meet the customer promise of guaranteed next day delivery in all locations at all times.


International Shipping

If you live in Europe, you can select Airmail at the checkout. We also offer shipping to most other countries worldwide, select Worldwide at the checkout and shipping will automatically will be calculated for you.

Delivery costs include VAT for UK. All other parcels will be delivered by Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Subsequently, customers may have to pay import VAT and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can receive their parcel.


NO MINIMUM ORDER

We have no minimum order values, so you can buy as much or as little as you like.


Free delivery for UK orders - simply spend over £30.

If you’re shipping your order to a UK address, we offer you free standard delivery via Royal Mail first class post which can take 1-5 working days for delivery. To take advantage of this offer, simply spend over £30 to qualify and select the free delivery option at the checkout.


Airmail Service

Airmail parcels are despatched via Royal Mail. If you would like your order to be sent tracked please place this in your order comments at the checkout and we can calculate the additional shipping cost. If this is the case, we will contact you and despatch your items once the shipping payment has been agreed. Alternatively, contact our customer service team via email on service@beadsdirect.co.uk who will be happy to help.


Will I have to pay customs charges in my country?

Orders placed from outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These may be levied once the goods reach your country. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding delivery charges) on all parcels to be delivered outside the UK. For further details of customs charges please consult your own customs authorities. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. We are unable to reimburse any customs costs incurred.

NO HASSLE RETURNS

No quibble returns

We have a no quibble returns policy because we know how important it is to you to ensure you get the right beads for your design. So, if the beads you buy aren’t to your liking for any reason, we’ll refund them for you without a fuss. Simply ensure they’re unused and in their original packaging and return them to us with a copy of your invoice within 30 days. To ensure safe return, please ensure that you wrap them in bubble wrap carefully, in a manner that will keep them from harm and return them via your local post office. Simply obtain a receipt from the Post Office as proof of posting. When we get the goods back in good condition, we’ll refund you and let you know.

Please note that if you are returning part or the full order, postage will not be refunded unless previously agreed with our Customer Service Team.


Order Queries

On the rare occasion that you have received an incorrect item or an item you have received is faulty, please contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will resolve this for you. Anything after this 60 day period can not be replaced. 

Please note, we regret that we cannot cover return postage unless the goods are faulty or sent in error.

Should your order not arrive with you after the estimated time frame we provide, please contact us so that we can try to locate your order. We ask that you check with your local post office and neighbours in case your parcel has been misdelivered. For UK orders, please allow 14 working days for your order to arrive with you, after this time Royal Mail would class the item as missing, in which case please contact us so that we can take action.

We are currently experiencing some delays with Airmail orders due to Brexit, please allow up to 35 working days for your order to arrive due to this. We ask that you check with Customs & Excise in cases where your order has not arrived to see if it is being held there first.


International returns

We offer the same no quibble returns policy to all customers. As well as following our standard returns procedure above, we ask customers outside the UK to do the following to help us deal with your returns quickly and efficiently. Please obtain a customs information document (CN22 and/or CN23) and clearly mark RETURNED GOODS - FAILED SALE on the document. If this is not completed the goods could be refused at customs and returned to sender.
