‘Serenity Glam’ Wire Wrap Bracelets | Mini-Make Monday

This feminine ‘Serenity Glam’ wire wrap bracelet design is a great project to get you started with wire! Even if you’re a beginner, you’re guaranteed to make an elegant bracelet in minutes, with Vicki’s Mini-Make tutorial below.

In the Beads Direct office Vicki is known for her love of rose gold and navy blue! This colour duo is the perfect partnership, matching Pantone’s Colour of the Year 2016 – ‘Serenity’.  Choose from six colours of gold plated enamel cupchain to compliment your Summer outfits including black, peach, grey, stone, mint and navy. We love the soft, smooth finish to these chains; they’re lightweight and really comfortable to wear! See them all here.

Instructions

  1. Cut a length of wire approx 50cm long. Hold the enamel round cupchain on-top of the bracelet base and find the hole at the end of the base. Thread one end of the wire through the hole and wrap the wire over the cupchain and around the bracelet base to secure them together.
  2. Continue to secure the cupchain onto the bracelet base by wrapping in between the enamel rounds. You will need to wrap at least 6 times to fill the space.
  3. Wrap along the length of the bracelet making sure you bring the wire to the inside when moving to the next round. If you run out of wire, simply tuck the end into a wrap and continue wrapping with a new length.
  4. When you reach the end of the bracelet wrap a few more times to secure the end of the cupchain onto the bracelet base, tucking the end of the wire through the hole at the end of the bracelet base.
