1. How do I order?

To order from our price list, please call 01509 218028 and quote the stock code for the items(s) you would like to purchase. You don't need a trade account to place an order.

2. What if the item I want isn't on the price list?

Please give us a call. We can order SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS directly from their vast range, but we only list our most popular ones on the price list.

3. What size is a wholesale pack?

SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS pack sizes can vary. Our wholesale packs come in the pack size sold by Swarovski. Small items might have thousands in a pack, and larger pendants may only have a few. The units per pack are listed on the price list, so refer to this to find your pack size.

4. How long will delivery take?

We aim to despatch all SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS ordered from our wholesale price list within 5 working days, subject to availability from the SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS factory. Should you require urgent delivery please mention this on ordering and we will see if there is anything we can do. Please note, this may affect delivery costs.
Exceptions: Filigrees and other plated items are usually made to order.
