Same day despatch
Order by 12 noon and we will despatch your order the same day (Monday to Friday). Unless otherwise specified, standard delivery is normally by first class post. When you check-out, you can also select ‘Airmail’ as an option if you are a European customer or ‘Next day Delivery’ if you are a UK customer and want our express service. The express deliveries are normally sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
So if you’re in a rush, as long as you order by 2pm, simply select the ‘Next Day Delivery’ option and we’ll get the goods out to you the same afternoon, so they arrive before 1pm the following day using the Royal Mail’s guarantee. You can even order on a Friday for Saturday morning at no additional charge.

Free delivery for UK orders; simply spend over £45
If you’re shipping your order to a UK address and you spend over £45, we offer you free standard delivery (usually first class but larger packages may be sent by courier taking 2-3 days). To take advantage of this offer, simply select the free delivery option at the checkout IF the goods in your shopping basket are over £45 in value (including VAT but excluding delivery).
No minimum order
We have no minimum order values, so you can buy as much or as little as you like.
No quibble returns
We have a no quibble returns policy because we know how important it is to you to ensure you get the right beads for your design. So, if the beads you buy aren’t to your liking for any reason, we’ll replace them for you without a fuss. Simply ensure they’re unused and original packaging and return them to us with a copy of your invoice within 7 days. To ensure safe return, please ensure that you wrap them in bubble wrap carefully, in a manner that will keep them from harm and return them via your local post office. Simply obtain a FREE Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as proof of posting. When we get the goods back in good condition, we’ll credit you and let you know.
