STEP 1. Tie 3 double overhand knots in a 1m piece of chain. Add turtle and starfish charms using jumprings.

STEP 2. Add two crystal beads to a headpin and attach to the chain by making a loop with round nose pliers. Repeat, adding 13 crystal sections around the necklace.
